A.) Super set – Sots Press – 3×10, Overhead Squats – 3×10
B.) Snatch – 4×1
Clean and Jerk – 4×1
Both movements should require 6 to 7 warm up sets minimum
Back Squats – 4×4 (performed at 93% is recommended)
C.) Snatch RDL’s – 5×5
strict Press – 5×5
Strict Toes to bar – 30
Mobility – 10 minutes
