Answer… My nephew initially sparked my interest in CrossFit, but I thought I was too old and out of shape for this type of workout. Eight months ago, after a PT appointment at Progression Fitness, I watched part of a class that re-sparked that interest. I made the call for an introduction to the gym, and that’s when I met Nic. I signed up for the 4 week trial and the rest is history! Thanks, Nic! When do you usually work out? I love the 5 AM class (the best way to start the day). I often attend 3 PM class.
