Our Beginners Program is unique.  A set 3 day a week schedule(M,W,F) with 2 meeting times each day(8am,5:30pm).  Stay in the beginners program for as long as you want.  The suggested minimum classes to take are six.  Click on photo for more info.

Jeremy is a college student pursuing a career in the field of Sport Science/Medicine. Fitness has fascinated him from a young age. He has a passion for helping others and is willing to help the athletes at CFP reach their goals. In high school he competed in Track & Field for 2 years and has been active in Taekwondo for 11 years. He currently holds a 3rd Degree Black Belt and has been an assistant instructor for 5 years. He continues to compete in Taekwondo with a goal to make it to the Olympics in the near future. Jeremy started CrossFit at CrossFit Progression in Rochester MN in the fall of 2009. CrossFit has shown him that perceived limits can always be pushed.  With CrossFit you are constantly educating yourself, its fun and challenging.
