CFP’s next boot camp starts next Monday the 20th and meets Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm.  The boot camp is a great way for any new comer to CFP to get in better shape with excellent coaching, fun workouts, and a great atmosphere.  Follow this LINK to sign up now!

    MAX CJ: 84-105-125-145-155-160-165(5#pr)-170(clean 10#pr, missed the jerk).
    WOD: 6+1 (@ 125#, HSPU w/1 abmat).

    WOD 10+3+6 (70#, push-ups and banded pull-ups, started Green/Blue and Addison switched them to Green/Red)
    Tough WOD but good! Hadn’t done a 20 min AMRAP in awhile.
