Announcements:

-The new CFP location is close to complete which means MORE space is soon to come! With more space, comes the opportunity to begin growing our community once again.     A) single arm press maxed at 65lb kettle bell (fairly unstable) then 5 rounds of 20 lb barbell press x10
    B) modified Isabel single arm snatch 25 lb dumb bell 58 seconds.

    Wod 4:54? To be honest i lost track of the reps and not sure how many i did now. Will try again soon so i can make sure i have an accurate measurement of my progress. A little annoyed at myself for not ever being able to count.

    A) 4 attempts at 185 which would have been a 10# PR. Not happy.
    B.) 2:38 at 95#

    Glad the week is over, it was not a good one in my book.

    145# pp; 5 pound PR from super friends throwdown.

    Isabel 2:15 at 70 pounds felt a little light, but a year ago took me over 5 min to do 45#. … Ha!

    I liked this week, nice to mix it up!!
