Holy crap Staci!
Last summer my pr c and j was 165. But I remember doing a sloppy power clean. Today I warmed up well and focused on my form and did squat cleans only. I did 165 and it felt pretty easy, then I tried 170 but I failed the jerk. Felt very close though. Happy with my technique today.
Grace 2:08 pr. Last time was 3:05. Did a big set right away and that made it easier.
Skipped accessory for a steak dinner with my fam:)
