    Box jump @ 20
    Jumping pull-ups
    Kettlebell swings @ 1 pood -Russian swings
    Walking Lunge
    Knees to elbows – laying leg raises instead
    Push press – KB press w/ green
    Back extensions
    Wallballs- KB cleans w/ 1pd
    Burpees (damn slow and hella ugly did them progression style)
    Double unders

    Step-ups (in place of box jumps)
    25 ring rows (in place of jumping pull ups)
    Sit ups (in place of DU’s)
