    A. Worked on form since I haven’t lifted a snatch in 3 weeks. Kept weight low and felt pretty good. Worked up to 45# without discomfort.
    B. 13:45. 45#. Getting better hanging on the bar. Running….. Ugh

    Wow I was a mess! I don’t know what my problem was! Snatches need a lot of help!
    The programming was good! And the rain was a nice refresher!
