    B. 10:49 Every time I do Helen I get slower. Obviously need to kick up the run since can’t see how I can do the swings or pullups faster

    A. Worked up to 70# with a full squat. First time in almost 2 months my shoulder felt strong
    B. 13:48. Beat my last time by 59 seconds but not a PR. I’ve done this workout 4 times in the past 16 months. Times all over the place.

    B. 13:15Rx with unstrung kipping pull-ups and American swings 1pood. Beat my time by over 2 1/2 minutes (and had used a skinny band on the last attempt), and this time I did the KB swings unbroken!

    Sport 12:25. My swing was off on ctb pullups not sure why. Am swings ub. Running could have been a lil faster. Good job everyone 🙂
