I got 1 hour of sleep (if that!), and had little time for lunch, so I was dragging. In the good ol’ days I would have tried to power through heavy weights, but as I grow (much) older and wiser, I scale it back when I’m feeling weak or fatigued. I’m not going to the games, I’m just looking to improve slowly.
