    Can’t pin it down to one specific event. Just started bugging me one day and then it started to affect my workouts. More frequent lately- especially after waking up. Maybe time for a new mattress? Not sure about a chiropracter- never been.

    A. quad started hurting on squat so as per coaches instruction I didn’t push it
