    23:17 BS and FS at 65# and OHS @ 55#, HRPU from knees, and my “K2E” looked more like knees to bottom of my rib cage. T2B are a goal for me this year, so even though I look silly and am not close yet, I am trying. I’ll never get them if I continue to do them lying on the floor. There are times I will still do the lying leg raises, but I’m trying to push myself (especially when my grip allows).

    24:02 65# BS/FS, 55# OHS (these are killer for me). Regular hand raise PU and lying leg raises. Sore hands….
