    A1/A2. 85, 105, 125. Michael noticed my hips twist on the way back up. Need to work on making my left leg work for it more.
    B. 15 + 1 (Power Snatch @ 55lb, Wallballs @ 10lb) Learned my lesson from Saturday and just put 55lb on the bar and had confidence I could do the whole thing at that weight.

    pre-A. Max Height Box Jump – 34″ – I know I’ve done better before, just wasn’t feeling very jumpy today.
    A. 135-165-185. Continual improvement.
    B. 3-6-9-12 (first 4 rounds) + 6 reps, @95# snatches, @20# wallballs. Started with 115# but didn’t even get one…don’t know what I was thinking (but I guess I tried at least). Thanks to Bryce for reminding me to get a little more hinge on the hang snatches, helped a lot as I went on.

    A. 70-80-90 70 was waaay too light, 90 was a bit of a struggle the last few reps. 80 was work but may have been too easy? I don’t know. Trying to figure this out every week continues to stress me out.
    B. 12 + 23. Started with 55# but after the 6 reps I went down to 45#…it was just too much for the hang snatches. 10# WB, actually felt like I could have/should have used a 14# ball.

    B. 12+29 14 pound WB/10ft target.

    Rowing and DU work while kiddos were at Kids.

    Agree with Nicole, joints felt junky.
    B. 15+5 felt good. Focused on keeping my shoulders packed back and my shoulder blades pinched together. Could definitely tell if I broke form.

    A1 and A2: 85-105-110, my form was definitely lacking at the 110 and even 105
    B 12+15 Hang Power Snatch @ 45#, did my wallballs @ 12#. This is the first time I’ve ever started (and finished) a wallball WOD with anything but 10#. I would like to get to 14# wallballs by summer.
