My back squat buddy is a FREAK!! Carrie dominates back squat Tuesday EVERY time…I meanwhile bailed after 185. Mental probably but babying the back for one more week.

12:26 (HSPU with 25# plates and abmat. Shoulders were not cooperating today. I don’t suppose 77 OHS yesterday really helped my shoulders today).
2 days of sweaty house projects and serious heavy lifting ( furniture books and crap )
I can’t wait to come back to crossfit…..actual functional fitness is not as fun. Crossfit is definitely helping in everyday life….yesterday 2 guys were fixing the centrifuge and were complaining about needed someone physically stronger to get the job done….then somebody said, “Somebody go get Susan. “

B. 18:00, fun workout. Jumping squat with 45pound bar was the most challenging. Legs were burning.
Oly class today…
A. 275lb but no PR.
B. 15:34 with 200m row due to thunderstorm, and k2e-ish instead of t2b. Running would have made this way worse for me. Running = teh suck.
A.) hit 275#, which I thought was a PR match until I realized that I added wrond on previous attempts. So, it was a 10# PR.
B.) 17:23, actually liked the weighted jump squats. Still hate toes to bar.
