    1.5 pood kb 5×5, green taped (10kg) kettlebell presses each arm 5×5, 20 reps 1.5 pood kb, WOD 400 m row, 15x 15# ball slams/15 pushups, 500m row, 15x 15# ball slams/15 pushups, 400 m row: 9:30. 1.5 pood kb are new to me- getting stronger- hooray for injuries that force you to work on your weaknesses – I love that you can always make modifications and still get an awesome workout in!!
