Have you been to a kettlebell class yet?   Classes are on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30 pm in the Progression room.  Our kettlebell classes are a great alternative to regular CrossFit classes.  Come check it out!

    WOD: 150 Singles, 30 Russian swings (10KG), 20 push-ups

    I couldn’t do the push ups unbroken too sore from Murph.

    snatch practice this AM, then wod: 150 singles unbroken, 1 pood kb swings x30 unbroken and 20 blue band assisted ring dips- broken up. 11:27. Then did KB class this evening, working on the bottom of the TGU, and then 3 rounds of 15 swings 1-1.5 pood, and planks.

    This wod frustrated me!!! My DU’s have been sucking recently…
