B.  Back Squat – 1 x 20 (5 lb increase from the previous week) 

C.  10 Minute AMRAP 

200M Run 

10 x Push Press @ 95lb/65lb 

10 x Toes to bar

    5 rep @ 145 (5# over my one rep max). Decided I needed a new 1 rep max FS.
    1 rep max FS: 165# (25# PR).
    WOD: 4 + 200m row + 17 RX weight

    Easing back into running! Knee feels good, just trying not to go to hard.
    5 rep max bench – 75#, then 20 reps of shoulder press with 20 lb dumbells
    WOD: 200 m run, 55# pp x10, 10 toes to bar – 3 rounds in 10 min.

    50# and leg levers
    first day back after almost 2 weeks! Scheduling conflicts. Felt good to get back but kinda felt like crap.

    4 Rounds plus 200m run. Scaled down to 65 and knees to chest. Good work on front squats. Working on getting the elbows up.
