    HS push-up work strict with red band or without. Max effort. Neck was sore from yesterday so avoided the kip off of the head. Toes to bars done.

    Level 2 — Done (24 total HSPU’s, 30 total T2B).

    WOD: — Done. 9:??, didn’t have it last night. 20 lb. ball slams instead of situps. Walking Lunges were a challenge.
