Reps may be partitioned any way.

Sport:

B. AFAP

40 BS (165/125) From the floor

40/24 HSPU

80 BW lunges

60/40 HR Push ups

Partition any way you want.

    Humidity was fun. I was dripping! Loved every swarmy minute.

    B. 55# actually did wall walks for all 12 (not always very close to the wall but definitely upside down- this is the most I’ve done at these)
    Nick you are an awesome coach, love all the positive encouragement and great scaling options. Also really enjoying the new cool down stretches!
