    A. 85# Still keeping it fairly light due to back.
    B. 12:46 yellow KB, K2E 1st round then leg raises for remainder. Good workout.

    A. 5@85; 5@85; 5@95; 5@95; 5@105 Pretty challenging for me. By the time I got to the 4th or 5th lift each round the bar had slipped more than
    I thought it would. Really good movement to work on grip. But I felt like I was using my arms way more than my legs, unlike traditional DL.

    My absence from the gym last week was felt tonight. Grip strength was deceivingly weak. Good WOD all in all.
