    I so need to work on getting stronger legs and core…. my body just does not like running. but i’m working on it!

    A. 175-185-195-205 (4) failed one and did a single shortly after and then did 195 on Last set. First back squat I have ever failed and had to bail on. Scary! Anyways trying to use my regular shoes and put my feet closer but it makes it so I can’t fully bounce off the bottom I have to stop before because it hurts my ankles really bad. Need to work on this.
    B. 13 ? No clue. Staci’s math error confused me because I couldn’t figure out why I was ahead so I did a few extra squats at the end just in case I messed up..
    C. 5×3 at 85 had to do them all in a row since I had to get home so kept it light.
