A. RDL at 135 (1) 155 (3 or 4). Nice advice for what weight should be used for RDLs. Not my favorite movement. 🙁
B. 6:52 Sport. 100#. Chickened out, was going to do 110, but STO was a bit too sloppy at that weight… probably should have done 105.

A. RDL – got up to 135, which felt really good tonight
B. 6:20. I did 55#, only because the overhead position has not been feeling good on my elbows. Could have done more weight had they been feeling better. All good. Happy to be at the gym.
