24 inch box jumps- first day actually jumping onto a box… knee is FINALLY feeling a bit better!

11:23 for the wod. Frustrated with this stupid shoulder….it was even making my HS walks difficult and those are my thing….I guess I need to be patient and try not to aggravate it. I have tried to do mobility everyday…..perhaps I need to add some exercises to stabilize it…maybe it’s just weak! I am loving the new workout schedule….so nice to have two evenings per week where I can relax with my fam!
