Compete:

A1.) Clean and Jerk – 15 min.

A.) Front Squats – Heavy 3 rep

B.) 6 rounds – 3 min per round (alternate)

1st – 400m Run

then 20 DB snatch

2nd – 500m Row

then 50 DU

    A. Worked up to heavy 3 rep….
    135-155-175, then 4×3 drop sets at 155

    B. Good burner- snatches at 30lb
    1st Round- 400M run, 20 snatches, 400M Row, 34 DUs (ran out of time)
    2nd Round- 400M run, 20 snatches, 350M Row, 50 DUs
    3rd Round- 2 laps, 20 snatches, 350M Row, 50 DUs
