WOD: 10+54 Rx
This was evil programming after back squats.
Wod: 6+8 reps… First two rounds were Rx, then decreased box height. First WOD with 14 lb wall ball! It was rough but not awful.
Bro hour lifting
10 rounds plus 10, this was a little tougher than I thought it would be even with the back squats.
WOD: 10, My feet felt really heavy in the last round.

Went pretty heavy on the back squats, felt good, but didn’t help the box jumps!

Good to get squats in. This morning, I can definitely tell I put some leg work in. 🙂 Good soreness.
