    Wod: 6+8 reps… First two rounds were Rx, then decreased box height. First WOD with 14 lb wall ball! It was rough but not awful.

  2. A. Worked my way up to 245 for the last two sets.
    B. 9 + 12 Good workout.
    Good to get squats in. This morning, I can definitely tell I put some leg work in. 🙂 Good soreness.
