    Wow, 3 workouts in 25 hours. I’m spent. That’s ok because I will be sitting in class all day Thur, Fri, Sat.

    A. PCs: 4×4 @ 95# … 125# (very sore shoulder)
    B. OMG! Who would have thought that 9 little F’n airsquats could be such hell? 4, 4, 3+9, 3+3, 3+4. PCs @95# and strict PUs felt really good. Love this WOD!

    PC: 135, 185, 205, 225, 245 (failed the second attempts)
    CHIEF: 5+2, 5+3, 5+9, 5+9 (?), 6+5. never done chief before and tried to find the happy medium between exhaustion and reserves for upcoming rounds-tough WOD but kinda fun.
    Great job this morning Jess S., probably would not have got that score without you there. Thanks.

    Still struggling with the positioning of my feet on clean progressions but I think I’m getting a little better

    Cleans got heavy …. but squats sucked (probably tapped from Tuesday Oly class).

    Great WOD , shoulders sore, but they were sore before i started.
