A1. strict pull ups w skinnier green + red. focused on resisting on the way down.
A2. swings w black kb. finally feel like I get the “keeping your shoulders packed” thing
B. 59 (still w skinnier green + red) – had a callous tear yesterday so went easy on the kipping to keep hand happy. For as much as I dislike pullups this was not as bad as I envisioned it to be. Legs felt good on the run.
C. 50 weighted sit ups (10#) after class.
