    B. 12:41. STO/FS @ 65#, Tuck Jumps, first set of dips on matador w blue band and rest on a box. Went out too fast and my body gave me the big middle finger.

    A. Apparently, counting is not my strong suit, so I did 4 sets of 4 @ 70% (75#)
    B. 17:28 – STO and FS @ 55#, first round of DU, I substituted goblet squats, last 3 rounds I did Russian Swings with the blue bell. Dips with the green and red band.

    B. 18:57 – 55# STO, DU’s, 55# FS & matador dips with bands
    This WOD was as brutal as it looked!

    B. 14:06 – @95#, tuck jumps, matador dips. 4th round was a lot of singles and sets of 3.

    Did thrusters for first two weights….May have been a mistake. Got to 155 and failed…Pukey workout.
