    A. Green band. These are tough and need work
    B. 17:26. KB push ups instead of dips. Lack of motion in my shoulder. 90 sec bike since it was raining. Tough WOD. Felt good when it was all done.

    A. Needs work. Did jump up and a slow release. Got 3-5 each round with red band.
