A.  Take 20 Minutes to work on any skill/goats.  

B.  EMOM For 20 Minutes 

Even Minute choose:  

  • Option 1 – 3-5 x UB Muscle-ups 
  • Option 2 – 10 x Pull-ups/Ring Rows 
  • Option 3 – 8-10 x CTB Pull-ups 

Odd Minute choose:  

  • Option 1 – 150M Row 
  • Option 2 – 30 Seconds of DU attempts 
  • Option 3 – 10M Shuttle Run x 3
