A. 135 max. Need to work on snapping below the bar. Getting the bar high enough…..but not getting down. In my head, Im sure.
B. 8:25 @ 65 and green band.
First week to do 21-15-9 all the way through on a band and not jumping.

Performed in a time I do not remember at 75lbs w/ power snatches. Still easing back into the swing of things.
Max snatch: 75 lbs
WOD: 10:20 with 35lbs and green band. Couldn’t do a higher weight with the squat! Snatch needs work!
Max snatch 70#,WOD 9:00, 35#, blue band. Felt good!
Max Snatch — 90 lbs.
WOD — 8:50, 65 lb Squat Snatch, pullups with a red band.
Difficult, technical lift….good workout!

WOD : 9:12, 55# and red band, but was informed that I need to reduce my dependance on the red band….it’s going to be hard.
