    did workout w/ 1pd KB, 145# DL then…
    4x 6-10 squats @145# – these felt great after being all loose and warmed up after the WOD! First time in a while that has happened : )
    P.S. Addison is the best coach ever and could you please move the flag away from the white board?

    Did KB snatches and goblet squats 3×10 each; WOD 4:29 doing DL with 105#, felt good today! Then Addison had us do 3x 2min AMRAP of shuttle runs and then the remainer of the time do max push ups 47/37/34. Worked on some squats too today, trying to improve on my form! Thanks Addison for a great workout and coaching!

    kb class – 1. 3 rounds: 10 R/L snatch (green) and 5x R/L clean/squat/press 2. 10 min AMRAP: 5+26: 15 1 pood swings (2 hands), 10 pushups, 20 steps ups (20 inch box). great class!
