    BS: 105-125-145 (didn’t go to heavy, working on high bar technique).
    HSPU: did sets of 5. I FINALLY got them with only 1 abmat!!!!! Dare I say they almost felt easy! Thanks for the tips and coaching Addison!!!!
    WOD: 4+250+9

    BS: 85-85-85, rope climbs – getting more comfy with the height, but gotta remember to breath and not look down when I get to the top. HSPU with bands for the first time – 2 or 3 sets of 5- thanks Juli for spotting me! WOD: 3+126+20. Then did KB class – swings, snatches, presses and pullups. Then did kids class- love those guys!!
