50 x Double-unders

12 x Hang Squat Cleans @ 95lb/65lb (Option – @ 135lb/95lb UB sets)

Rest 1 Min after each Round

    Good day at the gym. WOD: 17:27, Misread my previous PR (looked at my back squat instead of front) so PRd by 20 pounds. Couldn’t get why I was so weak today, but not so!. Kessa was awesome partner, she’s so strong!!
