    Bench 95,115,135, 145, 155X2. Bench is my worst lift and since I suck at pretty much all the lifts that is saying something

    total 39

    DU really screwed me up, just could coordinate the first round. Many of the future rounds approached 20 with little effort

    Have lost 15 lbs* since starting CFP, yet haven’t lost weight on bench press even though we only do it once every two months at CFP (compared to my doing BP twice a week pre-CFP days). Sweet!

    *And bodyweight loss was never a specific goal.

    loved this workout fast yet effective was able to keep up with the numbers I had done on the first set of 20 seconds for each movement.
