Robyn by Coach Juli From the first day, I met Robyn I knew she was going to be a CrossFitter for life. Her aura is one of pure determination. You can tell that she has faced a lot of bumps on her road of life but she is still here, bringing her tireless work ethic every day. I see a lot of people working hard on the gym floor, but I have always noticed Robyn’s ability to shut out the pain, shut off any negative thoughts and put her head down and WORK.  Robyn reached a great achievement and life goal this year of losing 100#lbs of body weight!!! This is the first Progression member to achieve this goal and I can tell you that when she told me I was beyond excited for her but I truly was not surprised. She is such a hard worker and her fierce...

Nadia by Coach Jeremy I Met Nadia after she was referred to me from Josh to help her structure her training for Karate. My first impression after her initial first week with me was that she is a very driven individual towards her goals. Nadia reminds me about the joys of enjoying your training, whether it’s hard, boring, easy she learns from her training sessions and that excitement and determination has given her some amazing results thus far.

For whatever reason she could not get her right hand to spin the wiffle ball. We had a good laugh as I explained to her that I had never seen that before and was not exactly sure how to fix it. During the stay at home order I asked Sara what a goal of hers would be during this time away from the gym. She told...

Mary and Otto by Coach Beth I first met Mary the way I meet a lot of people.   She walked onto the floor for a class I was coaching.  I want to say that Jordan introduced us and let me know that Mary was a friend of Robyn, our best “fitness pusher”.  Since I had this information, I knew she’d be fun.  But like most new members, Mary seemed a little bit overwhelmed, did not want the spotlight shown on her too much and just really wanted to survive her first regular class.     Fast forward a few weeks to when I learned why Mary (and her husband, Nick) really joined Progression and you’ll see why I admire her so much.   Mary and Nick joined because they knew that they had not been taking care of themselves.  Their health had not been their top priority for several years.  ...
