117. Pretty proud of my DU’s considering they have been sketchy at best to date.

61. This is the most DU’s I’ve ever done in one day. My goal was to get one entire round, and I had my doubts when I started, but I met my goal and am thrilled.
Angela
215 – lung burner!
Jim
266
back held up great
Lindsey Grace
218- did 2:1 single unders (60) but only counted 30. Did first round of snatched and then switched to clean/press.
Jen
123! Yeah- I don’t think I have ever been able to do that many double unders before. Thats what the open is all about!!
Staci Vinz
Nice work Jen! You rocked it!!!
Paul Bye
115. That’s 85 DUs, which is about 82 more than I’ve ever done in a workout. I was shooting for one round, so very happy. I love the open!
(75# snatches were a lot harder than I thought)
Susan Kian
nice workout! Glad we have been practicing dubs so much lately, it paid off. Good job and good luck to the entire Cfp team 🙂

169. Phew. Was able to push myself pretty hard, but I think I may have lapsed on my snatch form a bit as a result. Those snatches are definitely killer. Are mountain climbers/bear crawls -for-time a good way to build endurance for those?

I had a bad attitude going in. I actually got teary eyed when Shawn asked me if I was ready for it. Wish I wasn’t so competitive. My goal was 10 DUs. Thoroughly satisfied! I strongly believe it was related to the atmosphere of the open, the double under seminar, critique/tips from fellow CFPers–Cory, Carlos and in the end one last tip from Staci. Hopefully I am learning that a bad attitude helps NO ONE! SOOO happy for everyone as it looks like many are surpassing their own expectations!!

141. Didn’t think I would get more than a round done. Thanks for the help Margo.
Laura S
78: did 60 double unders!! My shoulders were burning so I think I’m not using my wrists enough when I’m doing DU.
Clara
177. I feel pretty good about it. I wish I could have gotten to one more round of DUs, but I pushed as hard as I could. Darn snatches.
Kelly Bruhn
315 the first time and 327 the second time. Thanks Matt for helping me out – staying relaxed on the DUs helped save my shoulders and sticking to a barbell plan was very effective. Cheers to being done with the first one!
