A. 85-105-115-135-155. Getting better on my form. Michael and that darn PVC
B. 7:48. 14# WB. Thin green band. WB felt great but then Pull ups and push ups were just exhausting. At least no assault bike!!
I forgot. Loved the warmup.
A.) 185, 205, 205, 225, 235 – Felt good to go heavy this morning after a full rest day yesterday.
B.) 5:06 – Have an injured shoulder, so my wallballs were light and 9′ target. Did KB High Pulls and Push Ups. Hopefully it’s just a “tweak” and I’m back next week at 100%.
A. Started at 100 and ended at 125 (had a 10# jump in there somewhere instead of my usual 5#) – 125 is a PR for me, and I did all 5 reps!
B. 7:39 – 14# WB, blue band PU
A. 95, 100,105,110,115 the tightness in my hip when I squat is getting very frustrating
B. 6:24 Rx
B. 7:38 did butterflies instead of C2B. First round was yucky for butterflies but then I caught on
C. 105-125-135-135-145 just PC cause shoulders weren’t feeling the best. They felt heavy today
I kind of did my own thing…I fell apart on my first set of 75 at 10 reps, so I did the last set at 5 reps. 10 reps seems like so much! I’m still having problems with my breathing/dizziness, but it’s getting better if I take 2-3 breaths at the top. If I can figure out how to breathe efficiently, this might go easier.
B. 9:10 Did push-ups with green bands. I only got this time on this WOD, because I had Matt yelling at me for most of it. Thanks, Matt!! 🙂
At the Firehouse:
A : 135, 155, 185, 205, 225
B : 8:22 strict pull-ups
A. 125-145-155-165-180 (these felt really good today)
B. 7:52 C2B were a bit off today, but push ups felt strong.
C. 115-125-135-145-155(3 TNG, missed first STO, so stopped)
D. Skipped, but did do 50 GHD’s with 14# WB.
A. 135-165-175-185-185 – last set bent my wrist a little weird, fortunately ok but I didn’t finish the last set. I need to back down on weight and get form right again for FS.
B. 6:50 – @20# wallballs, jumping pull-ups, CG push-ups.
A. 85, 105, 115. 115, 125 (haven’t done FS in a while, but my previous 1 rep PR was 130….pretty sure I could increase that if I went for it!)
B. 9:02….14#WB, small green band, regular PU…..my pull ups felt super slow. This was an arm burner!
