    NATE: 13 Rx, not a PR but worked a lot on technique today and did first 12 rounds strict HSPU w/out straining/curving my back at all and keeping feet together. All-n-all I feel good about it.

    Murph: 39:29. After yesterday’s pullup workout, my grip was completely gone and I could barely hold onto the bar. I was basically doing pullup singles for the last 15 rounds.

    Still felt good to run again.

    10 + 4 with band for chin ups. My arms are tired but it’s a good tired. Good week of workouts. Worked on the squat in the thrusters, not collapsing — it’s improving.

    14 + 3; 45lbs thrusters, chin ups with green band, kettle bell with green stripe (10kg?).

    Good workout, but I am going to be sore tomorrow, I can tell!

    Oly lifting from Thursday.
    WOD: red band, 6 (2 25#) dumbbell thrusters, 8 1.5 pood Am. KB swings.
    10 rounds. Should of ate before two workouts, ran out of gas!!! Good workout.
    Did some 1/1.5 pood Turkish get-ups practice.
