Lifting after: PR on Push Jerk and Split Jerk at 90#.
Oh. My. Goodness. Ok, NOT a runner. I have never run a mile at once, and have never rowed more than 500 at once. It was very difficult but I did it! 31:45 if I remember right, (or 31:54).
Also, PR on my push press etc by 30 lbs! 85#
