20 x Walking Lunges

    Matt said we needed to post more on here, so I apologize if I’m too wordy
    wod 1 – 4 +5 (45# OHS)
    wod 2 – 4 rounds -1 rep (I was so upset, I only needed one more for a full round)

    I’m still sore from Saturday’s workout – my hip flexors are killing me 🙁
