Kids workout!

A.  2-Position Clean – (5 x 1) – Demo Video 

B.  Back Squat – 1 x 20 UB (5lb Increase from previous week)  

C.  16 sets (Alternate between both movements, ex:  Squats, Mountain Climbers, Squats…) 

20 Seconds on, 10 Seconds off 

-Air Squats 

-Mountain Climbers 

Right and left mountain climber constitutes as one rep, elbows must touch the knees for every rep.

    GREAT to be back after nearly 5 weeks off for surgery. Felt really good….I’m sure I’ll feel it tomorrow!

    A and B: Can’t lift anything yet. Did 20 minutes of alternating a 400 meter row, then 20 air squats.

    C. 8 / 8 of pushups and mountain climbers.
