Jeanne a year later…..

Jeanne – “In exactly 1 year I lost 110 pounds and 8 clothing sizes, but more importantly these are the conditions I suffered from a year ago that I no longer have: prediabetes, metabolic syndrome, sleep apnea, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, depression, chronic fatigue, adrenal fatigue, and pain from a ‘permanent’ injury. A year ago, I honestly thought my life was over and now I feel like its just beginning! Thanks to everyone who helped me and encouraged me along the way, I couldn’t have done it without you. A.  Handstand Hold – 4 x 45 Sec hold w/60 Sec Rest 

B.  Ring Push-ups –  4 x 15 Push-ups w/60 Sec Rest 

C.  For time:  

30 Burpees 

5 Rounds 

10 x Box jumps @ 28inch/24inch 

3 x Wall climbs 

30 Burpees

    30 pushups, 5x 10 step ups at 16”/20 sec handstand hold then 30 pushups: 8:48?
    then KB class- what a great class- Thanks Cory!
    then kids class- kudos to the kids, who are awesome jumpers!

    Ring Push-ups ( wasn’t counting, just working on form).
    WOD:
    30 burpees
    5 rounds:
    7 chest to bar pull ups
    3 wall climbs
    30burpees
    14:46 ( first time doing wall climbs all the way to the wall. Chest to bars felt strong).

    4×15 ring pushups on knees these need some work!
    Then WOD 30 burpees, 5 rounds of 10 box steps ups (24) and 3 wall climbs, 30 burpees, 12:42…..
