    10 @35, 10@55, 5@75, 5@95
    5×3 @ 110- all high bar with no slipping. Very exciting to get better form and to be able to squat a little more weight. Yeah!

    B.) 7 min AMRAP: 7+4

    5 One arm KB OHS @ 26# bell

    5 Pull-ups- this were good today- got a couple sets of 5 kipping in a row.
