1 Power Snatch + 1 Hang Snatch (Full Squat) @ 65%-75% of Max Snatch
B. 8 Min AMRAP
30 x Double-unders (Adv: UB)
10 x Push Presses @ 95lb/65lb
C. “Habbe” abs with partner

Horrible day snatching. The more I do it the worse I’m getting it seems.
Snatch complex @ 55#, shoulders felt weak today
WOD: 5+23, mostly RX but had to do some singles when my arms were getting tired.

Tried the WOD at home with 1.5 pood kb instead of the barbell. Push press with kb was much harder than I anticipated. DU getting better . . . 3 rounds + 5
