Halloween Workout – This Saturday at 10 am.  There will still be regular class at 8 am and Oly class at 9 am.  

A.  Every 30 Seconds for 4:30 (10 total Reps) 

1 Power Snatch + 1 Hang Snatch (Full Squat) @ 65%-75% of Max Snatch 

B.  8 Min AMRAP 

30 x Double-unders (Adv: UB) 

10 x Push Presses @ 95lb/65lb 

C.  “Habbe” abs with partner

    Snatch complex @ 55#, shoulders felt weak today
    WOD: 5+23, mostly RX but had to do some singles when my arms were getting tired.
    Loved the Habbe abs!

    Snatch complex at 45# (worked on technique and did pretty well).
    WOD: 4 + 5 (55#, all double-unders! – not consecutive but getting better)

    wod: 30 UB dubs & 10PP w/ white KB
    8 +2 dubs felt great!!! right arm got tired in end.
    No habbe abs 🙁 got beaten helping Kari though…
