Wow!
Xmas shopping cut into my crossfit today so I went to the dahlc and did 20 min amrap of air squats, shoulder press with 25 lb dumbells and single leg deadlifts where I touched the ground with my dumbells. 4 +50. Then I did 20 minutes on the elliptical at a pretty fast pace after wards.

3+2 @ 55#. glad I took the time to do it. Thanks Juli for helping me keep my focus.

3+46.. @ 75#. Really appreciate the support (count downs to get back on the bar, pull up tips, and encouragement during the thrusters) Matt, it was super helpful. Tough workout, but I don’t regret it. 🙂
Did some oly lifting at Timberwolf Crossfit. Got up to 145 for snatch, missed 155×3 then switched to cleans. The cleans didn’t feel that good. Stopped at 125. Then did 3×10 OHS at 85.
