SAVE THE DATE!!!  Please join us for the official CFP Grand Opening Celebration on Saturday January 4th starting at 12 pm –  4 pm.  There will be catering from Johnny Mango, Meat Raffle to raise money for the Boys and Girls Club, and guest speakers and games throughout the festivities.  Friends and family are welcome, we look forward to seeing all of you there!

A.  10 Rounds AFAP

1 x Clean and Jerk or Deadlift @ 80%

5 x HSPU or 10 x Close Grip Push-ups (Sport at 4inch/2inch deficit) 

30 x Double-unders or 15 x Tuck Jumps

    8 + 6 @ 90#, did HSPU from box and tuck jumps.
    Santa and I need to have a chat, because he was supposed to bring me double-unders for Christmas!

    C and J stopped at 125. Worked on muscle ups and warmed up for hspu since I don’t go that heavy.

    The workout felt good. I had a lot of energy somehow. 8+26 or 9 plus 26. My dubs improved a bit I think. Hspu are still happening so im happy with that…and the first few rounds I did 4 or 5. Then I broke them into 3 and 2 and then 2,2,1. Instead of sit-ups I did planks, side planks and one arm one leg holds.

    PS. Happy New Year everyone! Tomorrow I will be downing non alcoholic grape juice and wearing a sparkly dress….and not doing burpees 🙂

    A. Partner WOD w/ Jason (10 rounds each) – 17:00. Unbroken push-ups through 7 rounds, they keep getting better.
    B. Partner situps @14# – 100
    Programming today was just perfect – sounded like a lot of us had holiday hangover, and I had post-cold hangover to add to it. This was just what I needed – challenging but doable.
