SAVE THE DATE!!!  Please join us for the official CFP Grand Opening Celebration on Saturday January 4th starting at 12 pm –  4 pm.  There will be catering from Johnny Mango, Meat Raffle to raise money for the Boys and Girls Club, and guest speakers and games throughout the festivities.  Friends and family are welcome, we look forward to seeing all of you there!

    23:44 with Laura Ailts. I did a 10# wall ball and she did 14#. I’m so thankful that ended up being a partnered WOD. I pushed myself harder in the wall balls than I’d have done if I was on my own. It was also nice to have a moment to catch your breath and then push hard.

    23:11 with Susan. Good workout. Started to fall apart a little on the wallballs. Did the first 50 unbroken, second round 40 and 10, then third 35-10-5. I like partner workouts! Wish we did more of them!

    23:11 with Nicole. Felt much better than Friday. My back felt totally fine…not sure why it hurt on Friday. Wall balls were 50-40+10- 30-10-10. Somehow at the end I always get very queasy even when I don’t feel that tired…not sure. I’m blaming my lil alien.
