5+43 @ 115#… Great WOD! I liked the comprehensive warm-up this morning. HR push-ups got pretty tough by the end. T2B transitioned to K2E, great start to the weekend.

    Great warm up!
WOD was good at pointing out I need to practice hang movements! Wow I was like a fish out of water with the hang clean!

5+40 Rx….Not as difficult ass it looked. the HR pushups took the longest and became the most difficult each round.

I really appreciated the warmup with tons of stretching today after a rough couple of weeks.

HC @ 85# first round then dropped to a realistic 65#, did bar taps instead of T2B, HRPU from my knees. Tried to stay tight with my pushups like Cory was teaching in Kettlebell class on Monday, but it got really difficult with that many reps of hand release. Looks like I have more to add to the “needs work” list.

I liked the warm up. It really prepared me well for the workout.

    Finished 5 +34

Used 115lb for PC – I actually completed 2 rounds of T2B, then switched to K2E, but I was pumped I was able to complete 2 rounds of T2B, shoulder felt good. I probably could have used 135 lb for the PC, but I wanted to build up some muscle endurance and complete more reps, so I decided on 115 lbs. Great workout!
