I hate when I don’t finish a WOD! This was a toughy!!!
A. 26:30 (I don’t remember the exact time, but it was 26 minutes for sure). I used a 14 lb wall ball and 1 pood kb. Trying not to go all out until I can build my base back up and make it in consistently. I can’t wait for my last day of work in the cities!!!
